Sliver of a Moment

The buds are budding, and the flowers are blooming. How I love getting swept up in it all. I planted some seeds, played with sunlight using cyanotype printing, baked some bread, and did some mending. The second month of the year! A lot of chiller projects this month, but I was trying to be more relaxed. I tried stained glass! It was so fun. I definitely want to do more of it sometime. Honestly, one of my dreams is to make a greenhouse made entirely of stained glass. Can you imagine how cool that would be? It can't be that hard, right? I make a lot more crafts than I share in these videos, and I want to change that, so now I'm showing you everything I make every month. I'm simultaneously lowering the bar and raising it by promising a video every month. But it was surprisingly chill to make this video. I've always loved the gingerbread on old houses. Who says I can't put it on my house, even though it was built in the 1940s? I was very inspired by the intricate woodwork on Swedish houses. It felt achievable with my birthday jigsaw. It was definitely doable, but I didn't expect it to take half the year to complete.
